Hoops and Yoyo are popular characters featured on Hallmark greeting cards.  I just came across these cute little guys while at the mall this weekend.   My girls and I could not get enough of them.  The products were so entertaining.   My youngest daughter even requested a Hoops and Yoyo theme party for her next birthday! 

We haven’t decided if we are definitely going with this party theme or not.   However, if we do have this theme, I am going to purchase Lime Green and Hot Pink Deluxe Party Kit pictured here.  It features the perfect mix of colors for a Hoops and Yoyo party.  The party kit comes with plates, cups, napkins, utensils, tablecover, balloons, streamers and curling ribbon.    There are also Hoops and Yoyo balloons available.  Ebay carries  Hoops and Yoyo party supplies as well inlcuding napkins, balloons, party favors and more.   You can decorate the party table with Hoops and Yoyo plush toys .  These plush toys can double as a fun gift for the birthday child. 

The invitations can be created using the pink/green theme.  You could use heavy cardstock paper in lime green and pink along with Hoops and Yoyo images to design the invites. 

For the birthday cake, you can purchase a Hoops and Yoyo edible cake image  on Ebay.  This cake topper can be personalized.  There is also Hoops and Yoyo Cupcake Picks , a Character Cube Cake Topper and Cake Server  available.  

I also came across the terrific Hoops and Yoyo birthday cake pictured below that I am thrilled to be able to share with you.   It was designed by My Flour Garden.  The cake was carved by hand and the details are amazing!

For the party favors fill pink and/or green bags with Hoops and Yoyo goodies.  Some party favor ideas include Hoops and Yoyo  mechanical pencils and ballpoint pens which can be purchased on Ebay.  Hoops and Yoyo notepads would  make nice party favors, too.  You could also throw in an assortment of  pink and green candies.   Another option would be to use clear cello bags for the party favors and tie the bags with fun Pink and Green Dipping Dots ribbon which you can purchase on Ebay.

Be sure to present the guest of honor with a Hoops and Yoyo birthday card which you can find on Ebay.  If you have a Hallmark store near you, you can pick up a greeting card that contains fun audio sayings.  Or, you can send a free eCard.  Either way, the recipient will love it!
